Faucet installation
Installation of a standard kitchen or bathroom faucet. Includes assessment/troubleshooting, shutting off water, removing the existing faucet (if applicable), installing a customer‑supplied replacement faucet or repairing common issues (leaks at connections, loose handle, cartridge/aerator replacement when readily serviceable), reconnecting supply lines where compatible, sealing as needed, restoring water, and testing for leaks and proper operation.
Excludes major plumbing modifications (moving/altering supply/drain lines), replacement of shutoff valves, sink/drain repairs, countertop removal, extensive corrosion or seized hardware requiring cutting/pipe repair, specialty/commercial faucets, and work requiring permits. Parts are not included unless agreed in advance; if additional parts or labor are needed after inspection, options and pricing will be discussed and approved before proceeding.
